Ownership and Copyright

All music, audio recordings, compositions, artwork and other original content published under Sound Energy Alchemist is owned by or licensed to Mystical Moon Records and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

These Terms & Conditions apply to content released under the following artist names and brands:

Unless otherwise expressly stated, content released under these names is owned by or controlled by Mystical Moon Records.

Purchasing or accessing our music does not transfer ownership or copyright to the purchaser. A purchase grants you the right to download, stream and listen to the music for personal use only.

Personal Use

When you purchase, download or stream our music (“Content”) through our website, Bandcamp or another authorised platform, you may use the Content for your own private and personal listening.

You may make reasonable copies for your own personal devices.

Purchasing our Content does not grant permission to use the music within another work, production, video, recording, service, product or public project.

Unless you have received our express written permission, you may not:

• upload or re-upload our Content to YouTube, social media, streaming platforms, websites or other online services;

• redistribute, share, sell, sublicense or otherwise make our Content available to others;

• incorporate our Content into videos, podcasts, films, apps, games, livestreams, courses, meditations or other projects;

• synchronise our music with visual content;

• record spoken word, meditation scripts, vocals, instruments or other audio over our music for redistribution or publication;

• remix, sample, edit, manipulate or create derivative works from our Content; or

• use our Content for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes.

These restrictions apply whether the intended use is commercial, monetised, non-commercial or non-monetised.

Public and Non-Commercial Use

We do not permit public use, redistribution or re-uploading of our Content simply because a project is non-commercial or not monetised.

Uploading our work to YouTube, social media or another public platform without permission is prohibited, regardless of whether the uploader receives advertising revenue or other financial benefit.

We may consider requests from registered charities or genuine charitable projects on an individual basis. Permission is not automatic and must be obtained from us in writing before our Content is used.

We reserve the right to approve or decline participation in any project at our discretion, including where we believe the proposed use is unsuitable for our work or brand.

Commercial Licensing

We do not currently offer commercial licensing for our music.

Our Content may not be licensed, sublicensed or incorporated into commercial products, services, productions or projects without an individual written agreement expressly issued by Mystical Moon Records.

Purchasing a track, album or other product does not constitute the purchase of a commercial licence.

Copyright, Trademarks and Website Content

Where a product is removed from a third-party platform, continued access or re-download availability may depend upon that platform's own policies and services.
